- Evaluation of Proteinuria, Hematuria, and Edema
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Monitoring
- Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Management
- Hypertensive & Diabetic Nephropathy
- Electrolyte Imbalance Correction
- Pre-Dialysis Counseling & Vascular Access Preparation
- Post-Kidney Transplant Surveillance (liaison with UNTH Transplant Unit)

- Serum Urea, Creatinine, Electrolytes
- eGFR Calculation
- Urine Protein:Creatinine Ratio
- Kidney Ultrasound (Size, Cysts, Obstruction)
- 24hr Urine Creatinine Clearance (if required)
